a celebration {special}

in celebration of the big, colorful, fun store images that went up at the spotted goose last week…

we are offering…

{yes, we are a little extra-over excited about them!}

the details:

how do you sign up?

to keep things simple, we are keeping the sign up sheet at the spotted goose.
the very first three people whose names appear on the dotted line, get it…so don’t wait!
simply call 351.9600 or sign up in person at the store.

the session?

a special one hour child (or children’s) session (up to four children in a single family) is $200
and includes a $100 credit towards all sizes of photographic prints.
for more information on sessions, go to
www.kiwistreetstudios.com/blog/?p=401

when does this special begin?

as soon as you see this!
and it’s over when we have three names ready to go.

is there a time frame?

you’ll have 30 days to use up your goodies.

that’s it! sweet and simple!

the {513} city flea

i really think lindsay described it best already…

“The City Flea is the project of a couple of Cincinnati natives who have lived in Chicago, Los Angeles,
and most recently New York and picked up some inspiration and absorbed some culture along the way.
The flea hopes to change what the term “flea market” means to everyone who sets foot within its boundaries by offering a unique experience.

The City Flea has several goals in mind. Firstly, this is a place for the city’s countless creative minds
and skilled hands to share what they are working on or collecting. The flea will also serve as a venue for social
interaction amongst the already burgeoning local community of entrepreneurs, artists, and enthusiasts.
It is a new common space for city dwellers who are strolling after brunch,ย  walking the dog,
thirsty for coffee, hungry for lunch, on their way to Findlay Market, or just looking for someplace to hang out.
It gives people from areas surrounding the city a unique urban experience and opens their eyes
to what is going on around town.
The goods will speak for themselves once the eyes have arrived.”

the founders
nick and lindsay
{and, yes. they are every bit as sweet and so darn cute in real life too}

there was no shortage of eye candy, smiling faces or creative souls.

kudos to the two of you for adding more goodness to the queen city
and thank you to all the amazing artists and vendors who added the magic to the day.

keep up with all the city flea goodness here.

cristie’s {smitten by} series . an invitation

what do you do when a photographer whose work you admire asks if you would be interested
in being interviewed for her series called {smitten by}? well, you go…pinch me?
simply, once you look at cristie’s work, you’ll know why i was so excited…
the way she captures emotions, connections, honesty, light and beauty in her sessions is inspiring to say the least.
and now with her interviews, i love reading about other artists and what inspires and challenges them.
in turn, we all grow and learn.
I love this series and am honored to be a part of it. plus, don’t you just love her title? {smitten by}
thank you cristie for asking me and making it so fun and easy too. mostly, thank you for sharing your thoughts,
works, and inspirations with all of us.
if you’d like to see the whole article, just pop over to cristie’s blog right here.
